As a registered dietitian, I am uniquely qualified and trained to guide, support and help you make healthy changes in your lifestyle.
My studies have brought me from the San Francisco Bay Area to University of California, Davis and all the way to Boston to attend Boston University for a Masters degree in Nutrition. As a result, I have valuable training in the clinical, research and community settings and an understanding of many cultures and their relationship to food.
